The Outdoor Adventure Series is an award-winning, interview-focused podcast produced by Fox Coaching, Inc. We Interview individuals and families, entrepreneurs, Destination Marketing Organizations, associations, and nonprofit organizations that seek out and promote the exploration, conservation, stewardship, access, and enjoyment of the outdoors. Two topic areas at the heart of our work are interviews with Destination Marketing organizations, Convention and Visitor Bureaus, and Chambers of Commerce. The second topic area is about the intersection of Mental Health and spending time in nature.

Kelsey is an entrepreneur, she runs Kero Creative, an advertising//marketing agency, and she is a Freelance Journalist.

As a woman with a disability, Kelsey writes about birding (a disability-friendly activity), nature and the outdoors, and how to pursue outdoor recreation as a person with a disability, or a person experiencing chronic pain.

As I've navigated through a substantial business spurt over the past year, I've had to break every moment, every task, down to focusing "on this moment." If I opened my thoughts back up to look at the whole picture of what I had to accomplish, I'd flounder entirely or stress levels would become immensely high and I'd fail at my business. If I focus on the moment, on the minute, even on the second, that helps me avoid overwhelm.
